1) Utilizing InDepth Perceptions™

Jennifer Jones Consulting developed a unique methodology called InDepth Perceptions™ . It strategically assesses the value proposition of a brand for a new company. Utilizing a strategic, systematic means of targeted interviews with a firm’s Circle of Influence™, InDepth Perceptions™ determines an advocate's opinions of a brand. Additionally, it highlights the areas of opportunity for brand differentiation and competitive advantage.

Background
A JJC client desired to better understand its competitive position in its marketplace to more emotionally and creatively define its brand image.

Strategy
JJC used the Circle of Influence™ and InDepth Perceptions™ methodology to determine what the client's advocates believed about the firm and its special positioning attributes.

Outcome
By utilizing Circle of Influence™ and InDepth Perceptions™, JJC delivered a differentiated positioning and brand recommendation that is still in use by this firm...19 years later!

2) CEO Event Creation

Background
Strategic positioning in a market segment among a special target audience -- the CEO -- was important to the ongoing sucess of a client. JJC used the InDepth Perceptions™ methodology to determine that a desire existed with these CEOs to network and exchange ideas at the executive level, but no such opportunity was available.

Solution
JJC recommended creating a unique and targeted event for the CEOs that would be hosted by the client. JJC also recommended offering it to the client's strategic business partners for co-sponsoring opportunities, as well as to name this event, and hold it annually. JJC advised that the event's agenda must concern top challenges and issues that were prevalent in the market. The focus for the event would ensure that it would attract key audience members.

Outcome
The client took JJC’s recommendations and with JJC created an event that only after 2 years was considered to be the premier event in the market category for CEOs. This event is celebrating its 19th anniversary, and it is still considered to be the most instrumental event with the CEOs within its market category.
